Driving down NW 63rd Street, you will appreciate Laredo's notable landscaping but you'll want to eat there, too. We especially enjoy the spinach enchilada dinner, served with a sour cream sauce sprinkled heavily with Mexican goat cheese. With sides of rice and beans, it just happens to be one of the most popular items with other diners, too. And we like borracho (drunken) beans, loaded with sliced jalapeño peppers and chopped onions. Take the kids. Children's portions are smaller than the generous amounts served to adults.
