Laynie-Bug's Sweets & Treats Restaurant Review: Griffin attorney Dwayne Singleton, his wife Leah, and their daughter Layne (called Laynie-Bug from birth) together envisioned their dream ice cream shop. High Road Craft Ice Cream makes all the organic ice creams and sorbets, including a popular Maple Bacon and other flavors that are custom crafted for this little outpost of heavenly tastes. Of course, standard High Road flavors also are available, such as Caffeine and Cacao, for which coffee beans and cacao are blended in a vanilla base. Salted caramel and bourbon burnt sugar are two other signature High Road flavors. Layne doesn't care for chocolate, so that flavor gets short shrift, but all the others are smashing. |
