THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Legacies Restaurant Review:
Restaurants come and go, but not always returning to their original owner. Teresa Linehan owned the Brass Rose, sold it, and bought it back, but not before it was closed several months. Linehan has opened it again, and this time calls it Legacies. If you like eating outside but its too hot or too cold, ask to be seated in the patio room. Its enclosed, is air conditioned for summers and heated in the winter, but its light, and you feel like youre outside. Chef Lisa Bluhm does a good job with the food whether youre eating an 8-ounce filet or 14-ounce strip, grilled chicken breast with a teriyaki glaze or braised duck breast with a blackberry currant sauce. And vittles for vegans include pasta primavera and grilled vegetable platter.
