For nearly two decades, owner-chef Mai Pham has turned out modern interpretations of traditional recipes, mostly Vietnamese, and her popularity has extended into the arena of books, TV and even a bottled curry to take home. Thai beef salad, chicken satay and crispy spring rolls are among the starters, while mains include green chicken curry, pan-seared basa and shaking tofu. A number of vegetarian options are available, as are reduced-size portions for the little ones.
