THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED L'Entrecote de Paris Restaurant Review: One of thousands of tiny treasures that you can find anywhere in Paris, this one has strayed all the way to South Beach. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and familiar. The menu features steaks in four French styles, including au poivre, with all the frites you can eat. Sauces accompany all the steaks, but most are best without. Tender roast chicken and moules meunières are dainty and succulent (but seasonal). A quaint, but choice selection of decent red French varietals offers fine companions to the easygoing dishes---good wines, overpriced for what they are. We're glad that the only detail they left out of this cozy French bistro is attitude.
