Les Hautes Roches Restaurant Review: Here's an uncommon--and uncommonly charming--restaurant built into the tufa cliffs above the Loire. The view from the riverside terrace will take your breath away! Chef Didier Édon's deft cooking sometimes tips over into excess, but that shouldn't mar your enjoyment of his dishes (scampi with mushrooms, peppered steak with anchovies). Superb wine list. Service is straightforward and smiling.
