Les Remparts Restaurant Review: On the ramparts of this gorgeous village, a lovely old house with a pleasant terrace has been restored and decorated in sunny colors. The friendly staff creates a homey atmosphere. Chef Céline Mingam's cooking features a masterful and gourmet marriage between land and sea: pan-fried cuttlefish and Serrano vinaigrette salad with tomato and basil, duck filet with gingered and caramelized carrots. Passable wine list.
