Little Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant Restaurant Review: Little Saigon offers a menu with an almost endless number of choices, spanning the known and unfamiliar (at least, to Westerners) dishes. Where to start? Try both the soft and the crispy spring rolls, then dive into the main dishes, from the caramel fish or chicken in a hot pot to the pork sautéed with pineapple and cucumbers. Don't skip over any of the noodle selections, as they represent the backbone of South Vietnam's cooking. As for liquor, only beer and wine are available.
