Starters include the fresh and fried spring rolls and grilled beef on skewers. Other favorites include grilled shrimp on sugar cane and the caramel chicken, pork, fish, or shrimp. For a slightly different take on Vietnamese cooking, you might try the roasted quail and the crispy whole flounder with ginger sauce. You’ll find plenty of noodle dishes. We recommend the bowl of rice vermicelli with spring rolls. Since the outdoor patio is charming, this is an alfresco favorite in warm weather.
