THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Loco Lizard Cantina Restaurant Review:

There are two things you usually crave after an exciting day of skiing: beer and Mexican food. Near the mouths of Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon, the Loco Lizard offers free appetizers to anyone with a ski pass. If that isn’t incentive enough, the margaritas (disappointingly weak thanks to Utah’s liquor laws), bottomless bucket of thin homemade tortilla chips served with fresh crushed red and green salsas and reasonably priced, flavorful Mexican dishes should do the trick. The wild mushroom quesadillas, tamales, tortilla soup and moles (for those without a Teflon tongue, beware the super hot mole amarillo made with three fresh chilies, pumpkin seeds and corn masa) are all tops. The patio is small but the spacious interior allows you to stretch out and get comfy even while wearing your bulky ski attire.
