Lombardi's Cucina of Everett Restaurant Review: Every meal at Lombardi's starts with bottomless baskets of Como bread paired with a signature roasted garlic spread. Locally owned, the restaurant offers one of Everett's few dining options with a waterfront view. Appetizer favorites include shrimp and crab cakes, prawns in spicy garlic sauce, and an heirloom tomato caprese salad. Entrées feature a wide egg pasta with lamb meatballs, tortellini in a Gorgonzola cream sauce, grilled salmon, and Parmesan-breaded chicken medallions. A special gluten-free menu is also available.
