| Lopez’s eccentric charms offer a fine backdrop to its creative menu. Dishes range from a baja flatbread with smoked chicken, mango habanero sauce and farmers cheese to lobster enchiladas with a crème de limon and chipotle crema. The menu is divided into four main sections: warm-up (appetizers), swimming (seafood dishes), walking and growing (vegetarian). Our favorites include the fish tacos and the pulled pork “wet burritos.” There's also a solid selection of homemade desserts and an impressive array of top-shelf tequilas. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the aforementioned tequila selection is half price. This includes margaritas---ranging from traditional and strawberry to jalapeño and cantaloupe. Lopez is a must-visit during summer months when the lovely little patio is packed with Cleveland Heights' prettiest people. |
