Lopez Bar & Grille Restaurant Review: Lopez Bar & Grille’s eccentric charms complement its creative menu. Small dishes range from a nightly puffy taco to a ceviche of tuna, salmon, scallop and lobster served with a fragrant banana lime salsa and salmon caviar. Of the larger-plate options, we prefer the pulled pork “wet burrito” and eggplant enchiladas served with a spicy smoked pepper tomato sauce. There's a solid selection of homemade desserts and an array of top-shelf tequilas, too. Sunday through Thursday, before 7 p.m., the aforementioned tequila selection is half price. This includes margaritas --- from strawberry and coconut to banana and blood orange. During summer months, the patio is packed with Cleveland Heights' prettiest people. |
