This seafood restaurant overlooking Cabo’s yacht-filled marina has enough polished wood and brass nautical gear to make a pirate proud. A dinghy in the lobby swims with live lobsters, and a 12-foot steel lobster sculpture big enough to eat small children adorns the dining terraza. Seafood starters range from traditional (oysters Rockefeller) to classics with a Mexican twist. Lobster pozole rivals any seafood stew this side of Marseilles, while the lobster tacos and tuna tartare in chipotle sauce remind you that you’re in Cabo. Lobster decadence comes in a dozen versions, from steamed to Thermidor. Shrimp scampi flambé is glorious in its lobster cream and brandy wine sauce. An array of lobster, shrimp and beef combos are available for landlubbers. Meat enthusiasts will welcome the USDA Choice rib-eyes, grilled Angus beef filets, and succulent chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese and spinach. The Martinique dessert features chocolate seashells filled with hazelnut and chestnut, covered in white chocolate and topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate fudge. Too rich? Try the classic crêpes Suzette.
