| Los Bravos deals in the standard dishes of Mexican and Tex-Mex cooking, and utilizes fresh ingredients and good flavors. Most outstanding, the fajitas, with onions, bell peppers and tomatoes, come with a good pico de gallo---the shrimp version is especially notable. The combination dinners are a super deal, and there are more than two dozen from which to choose. Guacamole is fresh tasting and chunky. The bar offers a wide variety of tequilas, including reposados, añejos (aged longer than reposados) and white (or silver) tequilas. Vegetarians have a lot to choose from, and these well-seasoned beans are quite flavorful. |
