 Lumière now finds a partner in chef Daniel Boulud, with executive chef Dale MacKay at the stoves. Menus include a five-course prix-fixe tasting (a three-course prix-fixe is available until 7 p.m.), a seven-course chef’s tasting and a five-course vegetarian tasting. Dishes may include Dungeness crab with Champagne mango, Polderside Farm duck with ginger-pomegranate glaze, and braised eggplant and peppers with cucumber-Thai basil yogurt.
