Mah Jong's by Chef Mike at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa is a project from chef Mike Doctulero. The name is in honor of the Mah Jong games his grandmother would host in his childhood home in San Francisco. On the menu you'll find dishes like clam chowder poutine, hoisin baby back ribs, grilled fish tacos, and seared yellowfish ahi with soy wasabi glaze.
