THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED Hawaii's only pan-Latino restaurant just happens to be on Maui. Fiesta colors and a metal garage door set a party tone for tropical cocktails like caipirinhas and Mañana Hurricanes, which should whet the appetite nicely for the parade of flavors to come: lemon-cilantro spinach salad topped with tamarind-glazed salmon, adobo-duck quesadilla, citrusy ahi ceviche, and pumpkin seed-crusted shrimp in a sweet mole sauce.
