Manresa executive chef-owner David Kinch, head baker Avery Ruzicka and Andrew Burnham partnered on brick-and-mortar shop Manresa Bread, inspired by the local farmer's market and pop-up retail success of Ruzicka's small-batch breads and pastries. The 800-square-foot space stocks a rotating selection: Manresa levain, sour baguette, pumpernickel rye, hazelnut brown butter cake, chocolate brioche, kale and Parmesan scones and more. Verve coffee is available to go. The bakery is open daily until 3 p.m. or until product has sold out.
