Marche Natural Bakery Restaurant Review: This Swiss urban hot-spot claims to be the originator of “front cooking,” meaning patrons meander through the marketplace choosing what they like and have it prepared while they watch. From handmade pastas and pizzas to sushi and sausages, this is a smorgasbord of delights. Although situated within a downtown business building, the high ceilings and airiness of the indoor patio make it feel like a grand boulevard.
