Hungry followers queue up for an affordable Tex-Mex fix that features such winners as breakfast tacos, migas or veggie tacos fortified with a fresh mix of savory vegetables like green beans and eggplant. For lunch, try the thick homemade gorditas stuffed with potato-studded picadillo or the enchiladas teeming with tender carne guisada. The signature tacos al pastor are little soft tortillas filled with pieces of grilled meat garnished with fresh onion, cilantro and pineapple.
