Chef Reggie Ferguson continues to deftly merge an eclectic combination of Thai, Indian and Mediterranean culinary influences on the menu. Like it hot? Green Thai curry noodles with Vietnamese prawns makes us sit up and take notice. Also worthy of sampling is the macadamia-crusted trout with coconut sauce and fragrant basmati rice.
