Maui Coffee Roasters Restaurant Review: Proprietor Nicky Beans serves oversize pastries with cups of java from the far corners of the earth (you can buy beans to go). Breakfast is served all day and includes smoked salmon Benedict and a breakfast wrap in a sun-dried tomato tortilla, in addition to the requisite bagels. The sandwiches and salads are bountiful, and the soup is made fresh, with plenty of vegetarian options. A regular clientele of students, windsurfers and visitors headed to or coming from the airport packs the place daily. |
