Memphis Blues Barbeque House Restaurant Review: Since Memphis Blues Barbeque House threw open its doors a decade ago, George Siu and Park Heffelfinger have been dishing out their brand of Southern-style barbecue. The menu of classics reads like that at a Tennessee roadhouse. You'll find pulled pork sandwiches, ribs, barbecue chicken, catfish and beef brisket, to name a few of the offerings served with traditional sides like cornbread, barbecue pit beans and coleslaw. Try the jambalaya made with shrimp, sausage and smoked chicken served with salad and cornbread. Enjoy a craft beer or cocktail, choose from a selection of fine bourbons or enjoy a glass of wine from the eclectic list. Tuck into a slice of pecan pie or a dish of peach crumble for a sweet finish. Casual counter service means you’ll have to queue up for your ’cue.
