The American Restaurant’s sumptuous, glass-enclosed room opens onto the Kansas City skyline. Michael Corvino is now the executive chef. Dishes have included black cod and mussels vinaigrette, and duck with tempura. The wine list is extensive, and a select group of wines by the glass has a tie to Kansas City. White tablecloths, a hushed ambience and unhurried service enhance the experience.
