Bib Bob Gibson’s second outpost is housed in a white building with red trim and a whitewashed wood interior. Articles about the ’cue and a couple flat-screen TVs adorn the walls. Diners will find many of the same menu items here as are offered at the Sixth Avenue spot, including the briskly-selling hot wings and the expanded choice of sides: green beans, collard greens, french fries and mac 'n' cheese. Youngsters will enjoy the pulled pork sandwiches and hot dogs, while the grown-ups experiment with the various sauces. Don’t miss the peppery white sauce on chicken or pork. Try the Championship red sauce or fiery habanero on ribs or beef brisket. The most popular offering combines an order of ribs with another meat --- chicken, pork, turkey or beef brisket. Also available are baked potatoes generously loaded with barbecue. Smoked ham and turkey round out the menu. Choose from peanut butter or pecan pies, or try chocolate, coconut or lemon ice box.
