Blue Dragon Coastal Cuisine & Musiquarium Restaurant Review:
Dedicated to using only non-genetically-modified foods, the Blue Dragon has its own organic produce farm and catches its fish in the Kawaihae Harbor. The restaurant/music venue has live performances every night with a genre themed weekly schedule (Saxy Sundays feature jazz music). Take pleasure in some of the house specialties, such as Sake “To Me” Stir Fry (your choice of wok-fried chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu), blackened fish tacos, or grilled chops (served with goat cheese mashed potatoes and a fig and pomegranate port reduction).
