Circle City Bar & Grille attracts local denizens as well as hotel guests with its comfortable dining room that includes alcoves for private conversations and business meetings. Local ingredients are stressed in such entrées as pan-roasted bone-in chicken breast from an area farm and a vegetable plate of delicately seasoned roasted beets, squash, asparagus and toasted pepitas. The wine selection is limited, but desserts include chocolate cobbler with berries.
