This fowl-centric fast food-like restaurant in the Flatiron District was spawned from New York's popular Hill Country barbecue spot. Order at the counter, pay, and then take a seat at a table. The menu is long and worth clucking about. Diners can choose their favorite part of the bird---breast, thigh, leg or wing---all of which are crispy on the outside and juicy inside. There are also a handful of sandwiches: the signature club sandwich, for example, comes with avocado and thick strips of bacon. If all that’s not enough, there are several pies available too, including banana cream, double cherry and apple cheddar.
