The menu's classic dishes include onion soup gratinée, country pâté, escargots in garlic butter, duck breast, steak, cassoulet, chicken in a garlic cream sauce, and lobster bisque, all prepared simply and expertly. For dessert, try the crème brûlée or a crustless cheesecake. As the surrounding Pearl District has blossomed, Le Bouchon, one of the pioneering businesses in the area, has retained its quiet integrity and loyal customers.
