Like its Los Angeles counterpart, this Fashion Island eatery is a fast-casual concept that allows patrons to select from a buffet of prepared hot and cold dishes, including salads and sandwiches. The restaurant utilizes a wood-burning oven to make flatbreads, as well as a rotisserie to prepare items like roast rib-eye and leg of lamb.
