There's something on the menu at Milo's to please everyone. While dishes range across styles and continents, breakfast, served until 2:30 p.m., is probably the strongest suit. Choose from a wide array of standards, including six versions of eggs Benedict, a half dozen omelets, four choices of hash, fluffy waffles and more. Lunch and dinner offerings range from Cobb salad to crab cakes, to pork chops and corn fritters, and sandwiches hot and cold. Rich, creamy Hungarian mushroom soup is also a popular fixture. Daily specials include eclectic items such as cornbread-crusted pork tenderloin, baked true cod with curry risotto, and meatloaf. While there is no specific kids' menu, it's a rare child who will reject the bacon mac ‘n’ cheese. There’s a small, select wine list to peruse, along with local draft beers. For dessert, kids of all ages will enjoy the banana split made with crushed Oreos. Servers are friendly, portions are generous, and the décor is arty.
