While TVs shimmering with multiple games litter the walls, they do so in a shy way, allowing the décor --- one part high school locker room, one part hall-of-fame-museum, one part gastropub --- to speak as loudly as the screens. But this is hardly a typical sports bar. The food receives equal play with nods to sports bar classics: Buffalo wings with black garlic ranch dressing, carne asada fries and more. Mains range from grass-fed burgers to pork belly ramen to orecchiette pasta with sweet Italian sausage and cream. End on a sweet note with a root beer float. Never losing sight of its heritage or fans, Quality Athletics’ best offerings are at the bar. Drafts overflow with local craft beers, and servers crack tallboys of domestic and imported favorites. There's also a short wine list along with house cocktails and a "Seattle Freeze," a slushy beverage prepared in rotating flavors.
