The result is eclectic, but imaginative enough to court even the most discriminating tapas enthusiast. Food is generously portioned. Start with stuffed grape leaves with lamb, rice and mint. Jumbo Gulf shrimp are served with spicy chorizo cream, while well-seasoned lamb meatballs are paired with an apricot mint glaze. But the pièce de résistance may be the diver scallops on butternut squash purée with balsamic reduction. Nothing beats the lemon custard-filled pancakes for dessert. The wine list is an international delight, and diners appreciate the half-price wines on Monday.
