Under the direction of executive chef James Wallace, Vue Grille & Bar offers creative cuisine including fresh seafood and meat dishes, small plates and sushi. Kale and quinoa Medjool dates, stuffed with cranberries, Marcona almonds and ricotta drizzled with a fig balsamic vinegar, arrive al dente. The Kurobuta pork chop features Brussels sprouts, red cabbage and a sweet apple spätzle, while the New Zealand lamb loin is dusted with pistachio brittle and served on sour cherry wild rice. The lunch menu ranges from crispy tacos to a variety of flatbreads and an authentic Reuben. Enjoy Sunday brunch at a table overlooking the fairway, sipping bottomless mimosas and perusing the various culinary stations scattered about.
