THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED The Meza Fine Art & Gallery Cafe Restaurant Review:
The handsome gallery/dining room is sleek in white and gray, with color provided by whatever paintings are being exhibited on the walls. Live music on a makeshift stage at the front of the restaurant is of the soothing, non-distracting sort. And the cuisine is a potpourri of global influences, mostly by way of Italy, South America and the tropics. Best bets on this hit-and-miss menu are beef carpaccio, porcini and chorizo-stuffed pimientos in cheese sauce and the mojo-marinated mahi mahi with sweet potato hash.
