: Michael Mina Bellagio has evolved its concept, still offering seafood-focused cuisine. Guests may opt for small bites and cocktails in the lounge area or choose from raw bar selections. Globally inspired, the Market List menu includes options under the headings of Hot Charcoal-Grilled (Gulf prawns, red king crab), Spice-Crusted Whole Fish Fry (Mediterranean branzino) and Ginger & Scallion Broiled Whole Fish (Hawaiian Kona Kampachi), among others. Find Mina’s ahi tuna tartare and lobster pot pie on the Signature Tasting menu. Vegetarian tasting and à la carte menus (green garlic tortellini, dry-aged New York strip) are available as well. Among sweet finales are the lemon meringue tart and Egyptian-style rice pudding. The exciting wine list matches the creative fare.
