This elegant, well-appointed restaurant feels right at home in its location near one of Oklahoma City’s most prestigious neighborhoods. The surroundings are an ideal foil for Michael’s equally luxe menu. If you want a cocktail before dinner, come as early as 5 p.m., when you can enjoy a glass of wine and get things started with a fresh mozzarella salad or steamed mussels. Attention to detail shines in the tableside preparation of the Caesar salad. Then, order a traditional Italian dish or the fresh seafood. If you need heart-healthy dishes, the waitstaff has appropriate suggestions. Or, if you're more of a sweet fan, sample the brandy ice or the chocolate gâteau for dessert.
