Michael Mina has a pop-up and test kitchen space in the Marina District, featuring ticket-based dining events and collaborations. The MINA Test Kitchen is also available for private events. Sunday’s brunch service is called Diane’s Bloody Mary Brunch for Mina’s wife, Diane. Her signature Bloody Marys are offered, along with other brunch cocktails. Brunch dishes are ordered à la carte and include options such as jelly donuts, a breakfast sandwich with pastrami on a bagel and french toast.
