Ming's Asian Bistro Restaurant Review:
Ming's features both Chinese and Vietnamese dishes, and there’s one Thai tofu offering, so the kitchen does try its hand at gastronomic diversity, but comes off not really excelling at any one flavor. The classic Vietnamese pho (beef noodle soup) takes center stage, but it lacks the flavor depth of slow-simmered beef bones and abundant sliced beef toppings. On the other hand, the kitchen’s spring and summer rolls are worth double orders, and for another Vietnamese classic, consider the bowl of rice noodles topped with grilled pork. Assorted dishes geared to people watching their waistline are available, too. For dessert, there’s Japanese mochi ice cream in mango or red bean flavors.
