Mint Bistro Restaurant Review

: Mint Bistro is a destination for everything from tapas to sushi, New Hampshire style. Go for marinated yellowfin sashimi with spark from pickled mango and citrus chili mayo, or Asian short rib "nachos" with flavors from both the East and South, drawn from Thai chilies and smoked corn and cheddar. Sushi is named after local sports teams, like the “Monarchs Maki” with tamago, salmon and avocado. Take a trip to Italy with braised lamb shank ala bolognese with truffled mushroom risotto; to complete your travels, halibut is grilled with a dusting of za'tar. Desserts are more down to earth, as in crème brûlée or pot de crème with Jamaican chocolate. The wine list is heavy on California vintages but cocktails are the way to go, from mojitos to saké-infused martinis.
