This is a funky eatery for sushi and saké in a setting that is, to say the least, dramatic (the glass facade alone is a sight). About a half-dozen sushi chefs can be found hard at their task at any given time, and there's a vast selection of sushi and appetizers, from a Kobe beef roll to gyoza ravioli, otoro, mirugai and sakana carpaccio with tuna, salmon, whitefish or octopus with cilantro, capers and sesame oil. Entrées are limited, but we recommend the sautéed tuna steak with its soy and white wine-garlic sauce (it comes with frites, believe it or not). And the beat goes on into the night when the lounge heats up with a DJ spinning an eclectic mix of lively beats.
