THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Mirepoix Restaurant Review: An exhibition-style kitchen and an exposed vertical wine wall that displays 700 bottles from around the globe inhabit this light, exuberant space. The interior colors---shades of orange, yellow and green---are a nod to the restaurant's name. For lunch, we recommend the watermelon borscht with beet chips and vanilla crema, and the crab and Smithfield ham Monte Cristo. For a dinner entrée, try the albacore tuna tartare, poached Maine lobster with sorrel pesto, and a grilled beef rib-eye with parsley vinaigrette.
