Ocean City specializes in Chinese seafood. Shark fin soup is a delicacy rarely seen on restaurant menus in New Orleans; Ocean Citys is a fine, if pricey, rendition. If Mr. Wus local track record is any indication, his new project is sure to enliven New Orleans weak Chinese restaurant scene.
