: As the name implies, SHe is designed to appeal to women, for they ultimately make the important decisions on where to dine. Large windows allow for natural lighting and provide a panoramic view of the water features at Aria’s entrance; and crystal chandeliers, wood tables and dark burgundy-hued leather booths add an air of elegance. The centerpiece is an elevated fashion runway from which dancers perform accompanied by a live DJ after 7:30 p.m. Be sure to begin with the sea bass bites topped with ponzu glaze, cilantro yogurt and avocado; or the le poulet wings --- lollipop chicken wings with a slightly spicy ketchup/sriracha sauce. Steaks are sectioned into “she cuts,” “he cuts” and “we cuts,” with sizes varying from six-ounces to 40-ounces, and cuts of center-cut filet, skirt steak, rib-eye, New York and porterhouse. Signature entrées for seafood lovers include blackened scallops with creamed corn, pepper bacon and tomato jam covered with a balsamic reduction, or pan-seared salmon topped with jumbo lump crab, lentils and a tomato beurre fondue. A unique dessert worth saving room for is the peanut butter and jelly --- crispy whipped chocolate topped with peanut butter mousse and Concord grape cloud.
