This little rice and noodle place makes a big deal out of several basic Asian ingredients, from fried tofu to bean sprouts, fish cakes, clear soup stock and pan-fried dumplings, plus, of course, rice and noodles. Although the fare is primarily Korean and Japanese, the kitchen has slipped in two good peanut-mustard dishes that seem vaguely Western and Thai. Servings tend to be on the small side and the stock overly salty, but this is portable, casual, enjoyable food. Also located at 150 Elden St., Herndon, VA, 703-472-6768.
