| Muldoon's has been a fixture at Fashion Island since the 1970s. Hidden inside a brick building with a subterranean entry and cozy, pub-like dining rooms, Muldoon's has a menu full of traditional Irish, Irish fusion, classic American and lighter California dishes. To start, try the giant nachos, refreshing shrimp cocktail, made-like-mom's stew and soda bread, or the banger bites (handcrafted Irish sausages with a mustard dipping sauce). At lunch, there's a burger menu plus entrée salads, sandwiches and crispy fish ‘n’ chips. Dinner brings steak options and more hearty dishes like pot roast and shepherd's pie. Pair the custard and berry Irish trifle and a cup of whisky-kissed Irish coffee for a nice dessert. Sunday brunch is popular, as is the live music Friday through Sunday evenings. |
