THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Mulligan's at the Wharf Restaurant Review:

Kevin O’Kennedy runs this sister pub to Mulligan’s on the Blue, and it is a more casual affair. The menu still features Irish goods like Gaelic steak, corned beef and cabbage, shepherd’s pie and bangers and mash, but the emphasis is on the pub, where they are proud to serve Guinness on tap and Irish nachos---corned beef and potato wedges topped with cheese, salsa, ranch dressing and jalapeños. There’s live music here nightly, with anything from a raucous sea shanty sing-along to an impromptu fiddle-and-jig session.
