THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Nadia's Restaurant Review: Although Nadia's seems to nearly fall onto the busy thoroughfare of Gulf Blvd., there is an amazing amount of space inside. Seating in several small rooms, plus two bars and an expansive outdoor patio, give this restaurant a chance to flex its culinary muscles. Everything is prepared with forethought, from the warm goat cheese and portobello mushrooms as appetizers, to veal Espagnol and crevettes Provençale. The latter offers freshly prepared salmon filet baked in parchment à la jardinière in white wine and lemon butter sauce. The seafood vol au vent is also well-prepared, with puff pastry topped with fresh crab meat, scallops and shrimp in a light Pernod sauce. A nice find is in the dessert list that includes profiteroles filled with vanilla bean ice cream and melted Godiva chocolate.
