: In this Yankee seaside town, who would have thought that Latin music and Cuban food would gain a stronghold? A South Shore outpost of the burgeoning seafood-Caribbean chain begun by Joey Crugnale. (He had made Bertucci’s wildly popular.), like all of the Naked Fish, what you hear is a big part of what you get. Latin music leads to a Cuban-Caribbean menu heavy with seafood. Thee place is fun and infectious even if somewhat contrived. Go for the naked fish that’s wood-grilled as its simplicity showcases some nice fillets that are simply brushed with oil and lemon then grilled over hardwood. We liked our naked mahi mahi better than the non-naked Chilean sea bass that was roasted with Mediterranean spices and briny olives. There is some meat including rack of Cuban style baby back ribs and most entrĂ©es come with two sides chosen from a long list of choices that bridge the islands and the mainland.
