The Napoléon is like a bit of Paris, always attracting the beautiful people, who sit at the sidewalk tables, drink coffee and munch homemade pastries, quiches and sandwiches. The menu is strong on French snacks like the croque monsieur, ham and cheese wrapped in a hunk of baguette. The showcases are heaped with delicate, elegant sweets.
